How to Configure the Intranet

To configure the intranet, locate Settings and then click the Intranet button in the Main Navigation Menu bar.

  1.  Enable the intranet
    • For the setting Is intranet enabled?
      • Select Yes
  2. Select who has access to the site
    • Any Valid Pirate ID
    • Site Members – Individuals that already have access to the site
    • Students
    • Faculty & Staff
    • Specific AD Group(s)
